Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in my wedding inquiry?

Please inquire with the following:

1. Full name, email address, cell phone number.

2. Wedding date, wedding venue and location of services ("getting ready location").

3. Ceremony start time.

3. Wedding Day Makeup Recipients (egg: bride, mothers, bridesmaids, etc.) along with their choice of service (airbrush or traditional makeup).

How do I book services for my wedding date?

Due to the volume of inquiries we receive my team and I book on a first signed basis

to ensure the fairest booking process or our clients.

This means that whoever signs a contract and makes the deposit first will receive services on that date.

Even if:

A trial is scheduled.

A trial has already been completed.

A contract was started but not signed.

Email us directly at makeupbymeallz@gmail.com

if you would like to officially secure your date.

How do I choose between airbrush and traditional makeup?

The difference between airbrush and traditional makeup will be

discussed over the initial phone consultation or at a makeup trial.

Try out an airbrush application at the makeup trial for no additional cost!

When can I should I book a trial?

Try and schedule a trial at least 6 months prior to your wedding date.

A great time to schedule a trial would be on the day of an engagement shoot

or the day that you have an already existing event. That way you can see

how the makeup looks in photos and lasts throughout the day.

For 2022 our trials are limited to:

Wednesdays and Tuesdays from 10 am to 4 pm.

* Limited Friday availability from 4 pm to 6pm. *

Should I do a first look?

Yes if...

Your ceremony and reception are back to back.

You are planning a morning ceremony.

You are getting married when the days are shorter.
